Identifying Philadelphia, Chicago, and DC as distinctive gay travel destination. Not only does the guide communicate Philadelphia, Chicago, and DC fun, welcoming atmosphere and gay hot spots, but also it tells the story of Philadelphia, Chicago, and DC, its history, its people, and its culture.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Preferably at least three to five years of successful sales experience.
Person should have history of "closing business" and delivery on or before deadlines.
Ability to transfer leads into appointments and then into sales.
Ability to work the phone to secure appointments. Professional, honest and ethical.
High energy level -- a must! Can work independently within team concept -- a self starter.

Meet or exceed assigned monthly revenue goals. Confer with advertisers to determine timing of adverting. Work with operations to schedule advertising. Present and negotiate advertising packages with client. Coordinating formatted advertising sections. Client correspondence.
Trafficking creative materials from clients with production department.
Proficiency in MS Word, excel and PowerPoint and be a team player.
Salary: Baseline, benefit package, commission and bonus structure.
